YES!! I have a shiny new studio! Well, it's not new new, it's in a character house and oh my I sure love it!
The studio is in my home, it is where the main 'living room' and 'dining room' areas would be. It is separated from the rest of my house with beautiful vintage doors.
I have had a studio in my home before and I just love it. The cozy vibe is ideal for fun and comfortable sessions!

I prefer to use a clean white backdrop most times fyi
