What is your booking deposit?
Every session will require a $50+ booking deposit at the time of booking. The booking deposit amount will be taken off of your final invoice!
You will lose your booking deposit if:
*You cancle your booking 5 days or less prior to your session.
Full payment is due 3 days prior to your session.
*Rescheduling? No problem, your deposit will be transferred to the new day and time!
What are your booking policies?
*All bookings are subject to availability
*My weekends book up months in advance
*All bookings are to be made through my online booking system with a mandatory booking deposit required. The booking deposit will be taken off of your final invoice!

How long does it take to receive my images?
*Please note I am closed Sundays & Mondays
*Highlight photos are sent in an online gallery within 7-10 ISH business days for you to choose your favorites that I will then edit (Highlights are low resolution, partially edited and watermarked images)
Need them faster? No problem, let me know and I can customize a rush order for you!
Christmas photos are returned within 2-3 business days!
Who owns the photos?
COPYRIGHT NOTICE- My City Photos owns all rights to images. By purchasing digital images this allows you to post them, share them, and print them but under no circumstance can you use them on packaging or any items that will be sold.
If my images are used for any marketing or promotional purposes you are required by law to give photo credits. Thank you :)
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason that is not a problem but please give me as much notice as possible as I am very busy and would love to fill that time slot with another family on the waitlist (especially if it is a weekend spot)!

If you need to reschedule please email me with a new day and time (that you know is available) and I will move your booking!
**Please do not book another session on your own, as you will need to pay another booking deposit.
What if it rains the day of my location session?
On the day of your session if the weather is not looking too good I will text and email you to either reschedule or if the studio is available we can go there if you like!
I can shoot in very mild rain but not much more than that. My camera doesn't like the rain!
What is the difference between print and digital images?
Digital images are not a physical item they are what you use to make the prints and you can post these online to Facebook, Instagram etc.
Prints you can hold in your hand and frame on a wall and those are available in the shopping cart in your gallery!

Do you sell your raw or unedited images?
No, I do not. Giving out an unedited image is like giving you half a haircut haha. It is unfinished work and is not a full representation of my art.
Do you have a repeat client discount?
I sure do!
I appreciate my repeat 'Frients' (Friend+client) SO much that when you book your 2nd, 3rd, 4th+ shoot with me you will receive 10% off of your session!
$50 will be charged for every 15min you are late - please read below for more details.
Senario one; If you are 15min late for your 40min session and I do not have a sessio right after we should be able to still do the whole 40min. If you arrive late to your session a $50 fee will be charged for every 15min you are late.
Senario two; If you are 15min late for your 40min session and I DO have a session right after you will only have the remaining time left of your original booking for photos. You will not be charged a late fee but you will still need to pay the full session amount.
Do you have sales?
I generally always do a 'Friday before black friday' sale
Also, I launch my Mini Sessions Seasonally - Winter, Spring, Summer/Fall and Christmas.
Every time I lauch a 'Season' (about 1 month prior) I offer an 'Early bird' discount of 15% to those bookings made within the first 48hrs of me launching my Seasonal Minis.
These discounts are available to Newsletter Subscribers exclusivly.
We will be able to social distance in the studio and upon arrival, I ask that everyone uses the hand sanitizer provided. I also ask that if you are not in front of the camera that you wear a mask. I will wear one the entire time.
*DON'T RISK IT If anyone in your family has any symptom of any kind (even a runny nose) PLEASE stay home. I will have spots available for rebooking a different session! If I get sick I can't work for 2 weeks and you can imagine how many sessions I would have to reschedule! Thank you!
