I am very picky with details, I want you to look your best! But do keep in mind, I am human, I miss things sometimes. And if that is the case with any of your images just let me know and I'm happy to make adjustments. *My custom pre-set is used *Exposure adjustment *Removal of marks, blemishes *Minimize or remove double chins *Smooth skin *Minimize/remove/lighten under eye darkness *Tidy hair *Minor 'nip and tucks' if I didn't quite get you at your best angle *Unwanted items removed (people in the background, garbage, etc.) *Brighten eyes *Crop and straighten images Additional fees may apply for any special request editing.

Every session will require a non refundable $100 retainer/booking deposit at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The booking deposit amount will be taken off of your final payment. Rescheduling? No problem, your deposit will be transferred to the new day and time! If you are not sure when you will be able to reschedule your deposit will become a credit for you to use when you are ready! The deposit is non-refundable because it reserves your session date and time exclusively for you and covers the time and preparation that begin once your booking is confirmed. Your spot is held just for you, and other bookings are turned away for that date and time.

BOOKING DEPOSIT • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice. • You will forfeit your booking deposit if you cancel your session less than 7 days prior to your scheduled date. • If you need to reschedule, your booking deposit will become a credit to go towards that session. FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due 3 days prior to your session. LOSS OF SESSION SPOT If you arrive late and I am unable to accommodate your session due to another booking immediately after, your session may be forfeited. LOSS OF SESSION FEE The full session fee will be forfeited for: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session. • No-shows. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, family emergency, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of nature: • A credit will be issued for the amount paid. • This credit does not expire and is valid as long as My City Photos is in business. • No refunds will be provided. Please note: No refunds or discounts will be given for late arrivals. If you arrive too late for your session and there is not time to take your photos, a $89 rescheduling fee will apply. LAST-MINUTE RESCHEDULING • Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with 7+ days’ notice. • If a session needs to be rescheduled within 7 days (even same-day), the deposit is still fully transferable to a new date or can be held as a credit. • There is a $89 rebooking fee for reschedules made within 24 hours of the session. • Reschedules due to emergencies (illness, death, accidents, etc.) are treated with full compassion — no fee will apply, and credit will be issued.

Photos are sent in your own personal online gallery within 7-10 ish business days. Instructions on choosing and/or downloading your images will be given in the email I send with your gallery! Everything is done from the Gallery - so easy and convenient!

COPYRIGHT NOTICE- My City Photos owns all rights to images. By purchasing digital images this allows you to post them, share them, and print them but under no circumstance can you use them on packaging or any items that will be sold. If my images are used for any marketing or promotional purposes you are required by law to give photo credits. Thank you :)

If you need to reschedule for whatever reason that is not a problem but please give me as much notice as possible as I am very busy and would love to fill that time slot with another family on the waitlist (especially if it is a weekend spot)! HOW TO RESCHEDULE If you need to reschedule please email me with a new day and time that would work for you and I will do my best to accomidate. **Please do not book another session on your own online, as you will need to pay another booking deposit. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SESSION SPOT IF *you arrive late and I am unable to do your session due to having another one right after and no longer having time for yours. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SESSION FEE IF - last minute cancelations (less than 24hrs) - you do not show up for your session - If you need to cancel due to illness, a death in the family, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of mother nature, you will not be refunded but be given credit for the amount you have already paid. On the day of your session if the weather is not looking too good I will text and email you to either reschedule or if the studio is available we can go there if you like! I can shoot in very mild rain but not much more than that. My camera doesn't like the rain!

Digital images are not a physical item they are what you use to make the prints and you can post these online to Facebook, Instagram etc. Prints you can hold in your hand and frame on a wall and those are available in the shopping cart in your gallery!

I do not offer RAW or Unedited images. Giving out an unedited image is like giving you half a haircut haha. It is unfinished work and is not a full representation of my art.

Scenarios: $50 will be charged for every 15min you are late - please read below for more details. Images will not be sent until this fee is paid. Time is valuable and I usually have a tight schedule that I need to keep to! Scenario one; If you are 15min late for your Full session and I do NOT have a session right after we should be able to still do the whole session time. If you arrive late to your session a $50 fee will be charged for every 15min you are late. Scenario two; If you are 15min late for your Full session and I DO have a session right after you will only have the remaining time left of your original booking for photos. You will not be charged a late fee but you will still need to pay the full session amount.
